Baker Constructors recently completed this 20,000 square foot commercial building in Frederick, CO. The building will offer space for lease in the Raspberry Hill Business Park. The pre-engineered metal building has an open warehouse designed to accommodate any number of tenant finish options. Baker Constructors was the general contractor on this project and many of our divisions had a hand in the construction process.
Baker Steel Erectors self-performed the erection of this building and Baker Concrete Solutions did the concrete flatwork, as well as the curb and gutter at the site. Our sister company, Baker Industrial Fabrication, had a hand in the project as well doing the custom canopies, dumpster enclosure, and bollards.
